Master Distiller, Jason Nickels, has used his extensive knowledge of flavour, foraging, botany, and of course distillation, to create the New London Light range with an immersive five-step production process. This includes liquid inspiration and research, sourcing of botanicals, creation of a botanical steep, rotary vacuum distillation, and blending with further natural flavours – all done in-house to ensure the highest level of product integrity.
Consumers can be sure they are drinking something pure, as no artificial flavours or added sugar have been used. Furthermore, with every bottle purchased in the UK, 1% of sales are donated to the Marine Conservation Society to help protect and regenerate Seagrass. The New London Light range comes in three expressions and can be enjoyed straight up, with tonic, or as part of a cocktail.
