Elements of Islay (EOI) has unveiled a new core range of blended malt whiskies that pays homage to their origin: Islay. The award-winning brand presents three permanent expressions, Cask Edit, Bourbon, and Sherry, each of which has been small-batch, expertly sourced, and independently bottled in its natural, non-chill filtered form. Aimed at whisky drinkers who seek to explore the unique flavours of Islay, these special expressions capture the essence of their origin, inviting exploration and discovery.

We already had an excellent reception from the trade and hope we’ll introduce more drinkers to the joy of Islay whiskies”.
Cask Edit is a unique Islay whisky, created by blending two single malts aged in bourbon and sherry casks. This whisky offers a perfect balance of drinkability and personality, being bottled at 46% ABV. It also works well in cocktails.

For those wanting to experience the whisky’s bolder side, the Bourbon Cask is a great choice. Matured in first fill and refill bourbon barrels, this whisky is bottled at 54.5% to fully showcase its dominant Islay character.
Alternatively, the Sherry Cask offers a complex blend of dried fruits, dark chocolate, lemon oil, and smoke. Bottled at 54.5%, this whisky challenges what it means to be an Islay whisky.
The new Elements of Islay range is available in the UK from this month onwards before rolling out to other markets later this year.
